Sky Views Observatory

• Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be carried.
• Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
• Guests aged 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk.
• Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person.
• Children below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide and children above 12 years will be charged Adult Rates.
• Weight criteria: Guests weighing from 30 to 120 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide.
• Height criteria: Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed for the glass slide.
• You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to, neck
• weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
• Responsibility for inclement weather conditions affecting visibility is hereby disclaimed.
• Edge walk experience can be cancelled/rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions without prior notice.
• Entry timings and/or ticket prices may be changed, varied or amended without notice or liability.

Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory. In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1; entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views – Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
