Important Information

  • * Please report at the venue 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
  • * Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund.
  • * The cruise duration is approximately 2 hours, including boarding and disembarkation time.
  • * Reporting time: 7:45pm
  • * Cruising time: 8:30pm to 10:30pm
  • * Any delay caused from guest end will not be adjusted in trip extension.
  • * Smart Casual attire is recommended. Avoid beach wear, flip-flops, and sportswear.
  • * Guests are indulged with a delightful buffet dinner featuring a mix of local and international cuisine.
  • * During dry days, entertainment will be closed, and alcohol will not be served as per UAE government guidelines.
  • * No Live Music and schedules are likely to change during the holy month of Ramadan.
  • * No animals or pets may be brought on board.
  • * Guests are required to follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
  • * In case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the cruise may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such cases, guests will be notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered.

Cancellation Policy

  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
