  • Upon request for baby seat, infant will be charged at the child rate.
  • Additional supplement charges will be applied to all private cars during peak season.

Package Excludes

Important Information

  • Please note that the child aged below 16 years will not be allowed for shisha and dune buggy experience .
  • The infants will NOT be allowed for dune bashing and need to be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
  • Pregnant women or people suffering from backache are not recommended for this Tour.
  • There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
  • No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
  • You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. We cannot be responsible for any belongings that may have been lost, stolen, or damaged

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy 

  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy 

  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.

     

  • Children between age 3 to 11 will be considered as child and child rates will be applicable.

     

  • Children above age 11 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
