Important Information

  • Guests must carry their original passport for the helicopter ride. Soft copies will not be accepted, and failure to comply will result in being marked as a no-show.
  • All passengers are required to arrive at the heliport site at least 45 minutes before the scheduled flight time.
  • Smoking, food, and beverages are strictly prohibited during helicopter flights.
  • Passengers’ weight will be checked before boarding to ensure compliance with helicopter weight and balance regulations.
  • Passengers are advised to dress comfortably in light sportswear. Earrings and large jewelry are not permitted onboard the aircraft.
  • Tour routes may change due to air traffic control regulations or other operational and safety considerations.
  • Insurance coverage is provided for every passenger in accordance with UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
  • All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
  • Individuals with heart conditions, physical disabilities, recent major surgeries, or pregnant women are not allowed to participate in this activity.
  • Eating, drinking, and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during tours that include transfer services.

Cancellation Policy

  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

  • Kids above 2 years can only fly due to regulations they need to sit in their own seat.
