Ahlan Meet and Greet Services Arrival

• Ensure that you have received a confirmation of your booking, including the date, time, and location of the service.
• Know the specific location where you’ll meet the representative upon arrival and departure, whether it’s at the gate, the airport entrance, or another designated area.
• Be informed about how the representative will identify themselves, whether it’s through a uniform, badge, or sign, to facilitate easy recognition.
• Have the contact details of the meet and greet service readily available, including phone numbers or email addresses, in case you need to communicate with them before or during your travel.
• Provide accurate flight details, including flight numbers and arrival/departure times, to ensure that the meet and greet service can coordinate effectively with your travel itinerary.
• Aim to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15-30 minutes before the scheduled time to allow for any unforeseen delays and ensure a stress-free experience.

NOTE

• Service Available in Dubai Airport Terminal 1 & 3.
• The Guest Service Agent will remain with the Passenger for a maximum of 10 minutes after exit from the Airport. It is the responsibility of the organization/person making the booking to ensure that his representative is at the airport on time to meet the Passenger.
