  • Location Address – Bluewaters – Bluewaters Island – Dubai – United Arab Emirates
  • Please carry the tickets downloaded from the booking dashboard to gain entry.
  • Carry a valid ID/Passport and your downloaded tickets for entry.
  • Arrive 30–60 minutes early to complete the entry process.
  • Children and guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.
  • Ain Dubai will close 30 minutes before park closing.
  • Cabins are fully air-conditioned, and one rotation takes 38 minutes.
  • External food is not allowed; only F&B from Ain Dubai’s lounge or concessions is permitted.
  • Ain Dubai may close during sandstorms, rain, heavy winds, or technical malfunctions.
