Important Information

  • Please ensure that you carry a valid form of identification, such as an ID proof or passport during the tour.
  • Children below the age of 13 are not permitted to enter the exhibition without an adult companion.
  • The average experience time is approximately 90 minutes.
  • Last admission at 10:00 PM (Mon – Thu) or at 11:00 PM (Fri – Sun and holidays)
  • There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.
  • Pets are not allowed in Arte Museum Dubai.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
  • Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks outside into the Museum.
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with Museum rules and regulations.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
  • Pregnant women, the elderly, and those sensitive to light should have a guardian for safety and comfort. Visitors with a history of medical conditions (e.g., stroke, panic disorders, heart disease, seizures) are advised to proceed with caution.”

Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy 

  • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy 

  • Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children between age 4 to 17 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 18 years will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
