Important Information

  • Flying Cup may postpone, delay, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
  • Board the Flying Cup, a unique open-air platform that is lifted to a height of 40 meters by a hydraulic arm.
  • 4 years old and above or at least 120cm tall to be able to take part in Flying Cup experience.
  • Person under 120 cm and above 105 cm may participate if accompanied by an adult.
  • Capture memorable photos of the beautiful views and the unique perspective from the Flying Cup.
  • There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
  • No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.
  • Please dress according to the weather.
  • Pregnant women are not allowed to experience Flying Cup.
  • Food brought from outside is not allowed at Flying cup.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited during the Flying Cup experience.

Cancellation Policy 

  • In case tours or tickets cancelled after booking 100% charges will be applicable.

Child Policy 

  • Children under 4 years will be considered as infants and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 4 to 12 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 13 will be considered as an adult and charged an adult rate.
