Jebel Jais Zipline

• Please carry valid ID proof/Passport along with you. This is required during the activity for verification purposes.
• Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian on the appointment date.
• The weight should be between a minimum of 40 kg and a maximum of 120 kg. Height should be a minimum of 122 cm.
• Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes. Skirts, dresses, flip-flops, and any loose footwear are not allowed. It is recommended to tie up your hair
• and avoid wearing large accessories such as earrings, bracelets, etc.
• For the Jebel Jais Via Ferrata, please wear sturdy trainers or running shoes with good grip.
• Small lockers will be provided to store personal items such as handbags, wallets, keys, and mobile phones.
• The candidate should not be under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.
• Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the time slot booked to ensure a smooth start to the activity.

• Availability of the activity is subject to confirmation. If the booking is not confirmed, a refund will be processed accordingly.

Please Note: Effective from 2nd March 2025, Jebel Jais will implement a rescheduling fee of 50 AED per person for all existing bookings.
