• ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival. 
• All Guests need to provide a Copy of their Identification (Passport/Emirates ID) and emergency Contact details, prior to boarding.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before the boarding time.
• Starting Time:   7:30-10:30 PM
• Free admission for children under 3 years of age
• Child option valid for ages 3 to 10 years and those aged 11 or older are considered adults.
• An adult must accompany children from 3 to 12 years in the water in any of the water activities.
• Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.
• Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable. 
• The yacht cruise will have a safety briefing before the journey. Listen to it carefully.
• No swimming is allowed in the open sea and after sunset. No one is allowed to jump off the yacht from the fly bridge
• Captain’s decision would be final in regard to safety of guest and law compliance.
• In case of bad weather conditions, the boat will not cruise to the Atlantis Hotel.
