  • Opening Hours:Ā  The Green Planet opens every day from 10 AM – 6 PM.)
  • Last Entry to the park is at 5:00 pm
  • Location: The Green Planet Dubai, is enthralling and amazing destination conveniently located at the City Walk, Al Wasl – Dubai
  • Child rate is applicable for ages 2 to 10 years. Adult rate is applicable to age 11 years and above. Infants under 2 are free.
  • Entry to the Green Planet is only possible with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their ticket upon request.
  • Food and Beverage are not allowed inside the park.Ā 
  • Child must be supervised always by an adult.
  • Guest must follow all posted and verbal safety instruction provided inside the park.
  • For the health and safety of plants and animals, guests are advised to refrain from touching, handling, feeding or harassing delicate species.
  • Guests should not leave any valuables or personal belongings unattended.Ā 
  • Smoking is not allowed inside the park.
  • Please take photos and selfies without flash.

Cancellation PolicyĀ 

  • In case tours or tickets cancelled after booking 100% charges will be applicable.

Child PolicyĀ 

  • Children under 2 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children between age 2 to 10 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 11 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
