Outside food & beverages are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the Monorail.

Important Information

The Palm Monorail Open hours 9 am to 10 pm daily, with a time gap of 15 minutes between every departure.
The prices of all ticket are the same for kids. However, they can receive free entrance if they are 110 cm or less in height.
You are required to carry a hard copy of the ticket at the time of your tour. It needs to be presented at the counter.
This ticket is valid for the Palm Monorail only.
A one-way ticket is valid for either side.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount or ticket.
Please make a note that mobile vouchers are not accepted on this tour.
Outside food & beverages are not allowed.
Pets are not allowed inside the Monorail.
