Important Information

  • The Palm Monorail Open hours 9 am to 10 pm daily, with a time gap of 15 minutes between every departure.
  • The prices of all ticket are the same for kids. However, they can receive free entrance if they are 110 cm or less in height.
  • You are required to carry a hard copy of the ticket at the time of your tour. It needs to be presented at the counter.
  • This ticket is valid for the Palm Monorail only.      
  • A one-way ticket is valid for either side. 
  • Tickets are non-refundable, non-resalable and non-exchangeable for any other promotion, discount or ticket.
  • Please make a note that mobile vouchers are not accepted on this tour. 
  • Outside food & beverages are not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the Monorail. 
  • Get connected to key landmarks of the Palm Jumeirah.

  • Monorail users will obtain 3 hours free parking upon ticket validation. after 3 hours there will be applicable charge of 10 aed per hour.
