Important Information

  • Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Height restrictions: from 130 to 210 cm.
  • Pregnant ladies or Children below 1.3 cm not allowed for the ride.
  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult or a Guardian during the activity.
  • There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
  • Passengers with extreme height or unusually long torso where the top of the headrest only supports the neck are not allowed on the ride.
  • Do not bring any personal belongings that may be affected by vibrations or impacts.
  • Photos and video cannot be taken while on the ride.
  • When you take your seat, fasten the seat belt, pull down the lap bar, and keep them in the same positions until the ride stops completely.
  • Hold onto the handrails and seat facing forward in an upright position.
  • Park other terms and conditions apply.

Cancellation Policy 

  • In case tours or tickets cancelled after booking 100% charges will be applicable.

Child Policy 

  • Children below 1.3 meters height will be considered as infant and not allowed for ride.
  • Children above 1.3 meters height is considered child.
  • Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
