Important Information

  • The boat will depart from Dubai Harbour
  • The boat will depart sharp, we recommend to Please report at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the departure time.
  • If guests fail to report within the given time, it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.
  • Voucher validity is subject to the specified dates. No extensions will be granted.
  • Food and beverages brought from outside may not be allowed inside.
  • Food and beverages will be served on board. The BBQ will include meat, chicken and vegetarian options with side salad dishes and bread.
  • Minors under 2yrs are permitted but must remain within the Saloon or Cabin area accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 9 are required to wear life jackets throughout the charter.
  • Please wear what you are comfortable wearing; we suggest shorts & T-shirt and slippers. However, if you want those Instagram photos, you may dress as you desire.
  • The captain will allow you to take pictures and entertain your requests without having to compromise on the cruise schedule.
  • For the safety of all guests and to keep the yacht in pristine condition, all guests are required to remove their footwear when boarding.

Cancellation Policy

  • All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation is made within 48 hours of your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.

Child Policy

  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
